Free to Use, Optional Donations

KiraNeiro is provided free of charge with no feature restrictions. No registration, license key, or payment is required. Optional donations are accepted via Ko-fi and do not affect your ability to use the app.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you use in KiraNeiro (images, audio, text) and the projects you create. KiraNeiro does not store your assets on its servers — they remain on your own device or storage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights (copyright, likeness rights, music licensing, etc.) for any content you use.

Prohibited Uses

• Using or publishing content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or likeness rights
• Using copyrighted music without proper licensing
• Illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempting unauthorized access to or reverse-engineering of the service

Commercial Use

You may use content created with KiraNeiro for commercial purposes (e.g. YouTube monetization, music distribution, merchandise), provided you have the necessary rights to the underlying assets. ChronoVis Software assumes no responsibility for the rights status of your source material.

Service Availability

KiraNeiro is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChronoVis Software is not liable for any damages arising from your use of KiraNeiro, including loss of content or business losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

無料利用とカンパ

KiraNeiro はすべての機能を無料で利用できます。登録・ライセンスキー・支払いは不要です。任意のカンパ（寄付）を Ko-fi 経由で受け付けていますが、カンパの有無は本サービスの利用条件に影響しません。

ユーザーコンテンツについて

あなたが KiraNeiro で使用するコンテンツ（画像・音声・テキスト）および作成したプロジェクトの権利は、あなたに帰属します。KiraNeiro はアセットをサーバーに保管しません。あなた自身のデバイス・ストレージで管理されます。使用するコンテンツについて必要な権利（著作権・肖像権・音楽ライセンス等）を有することはあなたの責任です。

禁止事項

• 第三者の著作権・商標権・肖像権を侵害するコンテンツの使用・公開
• 適法な許諾のない著作権管理楽曲の使用
• 違法・有害・欺瞞的なコンテンツの使用
• 本サービスへの不正アクセス・リバースエンジニアリング

商用利用

KiraNeiro で作成したコンテンツの商用利用（YouTube 広告収益・音楽配信・グッズ等）は、使用した素材について必要な権利を有している限り自由に行えます。素材の権利関係について ChronoVis Software は責任を負いません。

サービスの提供

KiraNeiro は現状有姿（AS-IS）で提供され、完全性・正確性・継続的な利用可能性を保証しません。当社はサービスを変更・中断・終了することがあります。終了する場合は事前に合理的な期間の通知を行い、データのエクスポート機会を設けます。

免責事項

法令で許容される範囲において、KiraNeiro の利用により生じた損害（コンテンツの損失・事業上の損失等）について、当社は責任を負いません。

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
